In another announcement, Alarm Phone said “ the 38 people in distress in international waters!
2 days ago, we alerted authorities to a group of 38 people who fled 11 Nov from #Benghazi.
Italian & Libyan authorities have known about the distress case for several days! The boat is still out at sea and rescue is needed now!”
