193 Egyptian, Eritrean, Somali, Sudanese Yemeni nationals repatriated from Libya
One hundred and ninety 193 Egyptian, Eritrean, Somali, Sudanese, Yemeni nationals have been repatriated from Libya.
The repatriation was carried out by the Department for Combating Illegal Migration, DCIM.
The repatriation was done in two batches. The first batch 114 migrants while the second comprises 79 migrants.
According to a post by Migrant Rescue Watch: “DCIM repatriated/transferred from Tobruk Immigration Detention Center a total of 114 #migrants. 1st group of Egyptian #migrants was repatriated via Emsaed land border crossing.”
The 2nd group of Eritrean, Somali, Sudanese and Yemeni #migrants was transferred to Qanfoudah Immigration Detention Center in Benghazi for completion of legal procedures and repatriation.
According to Migrant Rescue Watch the DCIM repatriated or transferred for repatriation from Derna Immigration Detention Center 79 undocumented #migrants of different nationalities (mainly of Egyptian nationality.
