It was a sad Eid celebration for migrants in Libya as the Department for Combating Illegal Migration (DCIM) has reportedly banned them from public spaces.

Jihed, a researcher disclosed this while denouncing what he described as European-funded apartheid.

Posting via his X handle @Blidmen666, Jihed said: “INHUMANITY ON EID.On the first day of Eid,#Libya’s so-called #Anti_Illegal_Immigration_Department launched a military campaign to ban migrants from public spaces in #Benghazi no roads,no parks,no beaches. They are banned from being near “Libyans families.”This is not a joke. This is European-funded apartheid.”
