DCIM repatriates 370 from Tobruk Immigration Detention Center

The Department for Combating Illegal Migration (DCIM) in Libya, repatriated 370 migrants from Tobruk Immigration Detention Center in October.

The repatriated comprised migrants of different nationalities, according to Migrant Rescue Watch.

“DCIM in October repatriated from Tobruk Immigration Detention Center 370 #migrants of different nationalities including 14 medical cases.

“Migrants of Egyptian nationality were repatriated via Emsaed border crossing others were transferred to Qanfoudah IDC in Benghazi.”

On Saturday, November 1,  24  Migrant Rescue Watch said the DCIM repatriated from Jabal Al Akhdar Branch 38 migrants of Egyptian nationality via Emsaed border crossing. “In separate procedure 89 #migrants of different nationalities (incl. 36 medical cases) were transferred to Qanfoudah IDC in Benghazi for repatriation.

“On 31.10.24 -DCIM repatriated from Qanfoudah Immigration Detention Center in Benghazi 130 #migrants of Egyptian nationality via Emsaed land border crossing. The group comprised of deportation orders, security restriction and medical cases.”

Also on 31.10.24, the DCIM with Bangladesh  consular and IOM support  repatriated via Benina International Airport in Benghazi 165 #migrants of Bangladeshi nationality.
