Notorious extortionist of migrants arrested
Osama Abdullah Al-Jarushi, a notorious kidnapper and extortionist of migrants has been arrested.
A statement by Migrant Rescue Watch said: “Units of General Administration of Central Support arrested in Sirte Osama Abdullah Al-Jarushi, a notorious criminal responsible for numerous kidnappings and extortion of #migrants and foreign workers.
“During raid on the reported location a number of foreign workers and #migrants held for ransom were freed. The accused was referred to public prosecution for legal action.”
