An unspecified number of undocumented migrants have been transferred to DCIM custody in Tripoli.

Migrant Rescue Watch said the transfer was done by Sabratha Security Directorate.

“Sabratha Security Directorate transferred to DCIM custody in Tripoli a large group of undocumented #migrants including women and children of different nationalities,” Migrant Rescue Watch said.

All the migrants, it said “were apprehended in recent raids on human smugglers’ ‘safe houses’ while preparing for boat crossings.”

Also yesterday, Emsaed Security Directorate repatriated 27 Egyptian and 4 Sudanese #migrants to Egypt via Emsaed land border crossing.
