Alarm Phone has expressed worries about the fate of 47 people travelling Tantan, South Morocco.

Alarm Phone said: “In the Atlantic! We were alerted to a boat in distress with 47 people on board who left #Tantan, south #Morocco yesterday morning. With still no news from them, we worry about their fate and hope they will be found and rescued to a safe port soon!”
Before the post on the above migrants, Alarm Phone had shared information about a group of nine migrants on Lesvos, Greece.

“🆘️ from ~9 people on #Lesvos, #Greece! The group arrived on the island and is asking for urgent assistance. We informed the @HCoastGuard and the local port authority.
They need to be assisted now!

“When we spoke to the local police, they informed us that they found the group and that they will take them to the camp in #Mytilini.
We hope they can now rest, recover from their journey and claim their right to asylum.”
