Libya: Chadian, Eritrean, Ethiopian, Nigerien, Sudanese migrants rescued

One hundred and twenty migrants comprising Chadians, Eritreans, Ethiopians, Nigeriens and , Sudanese have been rescued from human traffickers in Libya.

Migrant Rescue Watch which disclosed this said:;
“Units of 444th Combat Brigade intercepted in the desert (undisclosed location) a convoy of human smugglers transporting 120 undocumented migrants.

“After direct armed clashes units managed to arrest all smugglers, destroyed 1 vehicle and seized 6 other vehicles carrying #migrants. Reported nationalities of #migrants: Chad, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Niger and Sudan.”
