14 people including children caught by masked commandos in Kos
A group of 14 people, also children amongst them, that arrived on the island have been caught by masked commandos, beaten, placed insidein the back of a van, in plastic handcuffs and their eyes have been tapes shut, Aegean Boat Report said.
Augean in a post titled ‘SOS ALERT FROM KOS! Very disturbing images coming out of Kos’ said “they (the victims) are begging for help, we all know what will happen next if there is no intervention from local organizations or journalists in the area.
“This is the handy work of the Greek authorities, we have seen it so many times before, this won’t end well. This is live, people are trapped inside this van as we are publishing this, it’s time to act!
“There has been some questions on how this video was taken, so I will elaborate on those details. The children in the van was not handcuffed and taped, as we can see from the video’s, and one person managed to hide a phone. With help of a child, this person managed to use the phone take videos and send voice messages. Contact was eventually lost and we must assume that the phone was found and taken. Contact has now been lost for over one hour.”
Asked by a twitter user how the video was shot, Augean Boat replied: “It was taken on the north east side of Kos, and it was published while it was happening, so then you have place and time.”
