Two unidentified bodies washed ashore recovered in Libya
The Libyan Coast Security jointly with Police, GA Special Tasks Department and the Red Crescent have recovered two unidentified bodies of #migrants washed ashore in Qasr Khayar area (Qaraboli).
“The bodies were handed over to local authorities for completion of procedures,” Migrant Rescue Watch said informed.
On March 2, it said the Libyan Red Crescent (Derna Branch) provided primary healthcare and medical examination to 120 #migrants (9 females and 111 males) of various nationalities held in Martouba (Derna) temporary detention center, adding that “Libyan Red Crescent (Derna Branch) provided humanitarian and medical assistance to #migrants who were rescued by Libyan Special Naval Forces off the coast of Al-Tamimi and Umm Al-Razm During the rescue op a number of bodies were also recovered and subsequently transferred to local authorities.”
