Louise Michel an organization that combines sea rescue with the principles of feminism anti-racism and anti-facism has demanded for peace for people on the move in Italy and other parts of the world.

The organization stated this while describing Italy’s policies as backward-looking and misanthropic.

I”Siamo Tutti Antifascisti! We are all Anti-fascists!,” Louise Michel said.

On April 25, 1945, it said. partisans liberated several northern Italian towns from the German Nazi occupation and Mussolini’s right-wing regime.

“The partisans fought against the Wehrmacht and Mussolini’s Republican National Army.”

Now, 79 years later, it further said”under the neo-fascist socialised #Meloni, #Italy has a post-fascist government that is unable to face up to its own history. The current policy, characterised by right-wing ideologies, is backward-looking and misanthropic.

“Instead of dealing with real, socio-political issues, people on the run are stigmatised and criminalised.
In the past, as today, anti-fascism is at the heart of achieving freedom for all. We demand freedom and a life in peace for all! In Italy and everywhere!”
