The authorities in the United Kingdom on February 27, 2024, removed a total of 50 migrants from the country.

This is as the UK Home Secretary James Cleverly described irregular migration as lethally dangerous.

James Cleverly’s remark was contained in his keynote speech on migration in New York.

“Illegal migration is lethally dangerous,” Cleverly said.

“It is facilitated by criminal gangs who care not one bit about those whom they treat as human cargo.

“The world cannot stand idly by and let this carry on.”

The removal of 50 migrants from the UK was announced by the Home Office.

It said: “Today we removed another 50 people who had no right to be in the UK, on one of our regular returns flights.

“This included criminals convicted of attempted murder, rape and child sex offences.

“Dangerous foreign criminals have no place in this country.”
