DCIM repatriates Iraqi nationals, others

The Department for Combating Illegal Migration (DCIM) in Libya, has repatriated 64 migrants including 40 Iraqis.

The DCIM, according  to Migrant Rescue Watch repatriated from East Tripoli Immigration Detention Center in Tajoura 40 #migrants of Iraqi nationality. The group with consular support left via Mitiga Int. Airport in Tripoli. 

Migrant Rescue Watch also said the “DCIM Jabal Al-Akhdar Branch during patrols on the desert road linking Ajdabiya and Tobruk seized 4 vehicles carrying 24 undocumented #migrants incl. women and children. All transferred to Ajdabiya IDC for legal action.

It added that the DCIM conducted a thorough disinfection of all facilities in Benghazi, Kufra, Sabha and Tobruk IDCs for purpose of maintaining health and safety of detained #migrants and staff.
